The Science Behind Wing's Drone Propellers 🧑🔬
Curious about the science behind our drones’ propellers? ⚙️ Together with @theslowmoguys, we filmed our custom designed quiet 4-blade propeller at 20,000 frames per second to highlight the vortices (swirling air) that the blades create. What’s cool is that the design of the propeller spreads out the sound it makes. This is useful because it helps keep drone noise to a minimum when packages arrive to homes.
